Dr. Christensen can be contacted through the virtual patient portal for refill requests*, but there may be a 72 hour delay.
Requests are responded to Monday through Thursday each week. Please plan ahead.
*Prescriptions for ADHD require an in-person visit
You can choose between 40 minute and 20 minute follow up visits.
40 minute follow up: to make changes to a treatment plan or to address multiple concerns.
20 minute follow up: for medication refills or to make slight adjustments to your plan.

If you would like to discuss a change to a current plan, or create a new treatment plan
If you would like to order new lab work
If you would like to discuss care coordination (working with other providers)
If you would like a referral for other services
If you would like Dr. Christensen to fill out healthcare paperwork
If it’s been 90 days since your last visit for ADHD treatment
